Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our team and play a pivotal role in expanding our client base by promoting our BI solutions. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for technology and a keen understanding of the financial services industry. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong ability to connect with potential clients, understand their needs, and articulate how OLAP Office’s solutions can support their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients within the financial sector, including SEC companies, to introduce OLAP Office’s BI solutions.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and leverage this knowledge to engage with potential clients effectively.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations of OLAP Office solutions, highlighting their benefits and alignment with client needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients, understanding their ongoing business challenges and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the BI and analytics teams to gain a deep understanding of OLAP Office solutions and to provide feedback from the market.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective planning and execution of sales strategies.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote OLAP Office solutions and gather market intelligence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the technology or financial services industries.
  • Strong understanding of Business Intelligence, data analysis, and financial reporting concepts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex technical solutions in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • A driven, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of BI tools like Power BI is a plus.
