Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Junior Financial Analyst with a keen interest in SEC company data. This entry-level position is suited for individuals eager to develop their skills in financial data analysis and visualization, focusing on SEC filings. The successful candidate will work under the guidance of senior analysts, contributing to projects that deliver actionable insights and support decision-making for our clients in the financial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the analysis of financial data from SEC filings, supporting the evaluation of financial health, industry trends, and investment opportunities.
• Participate in projects, applying analytical techniques to contribute to the delivery of comprehensive analysis and recommendations.
• Learn and utilize OLAP Office tools and resources to enhance analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Support the development of financial models under the guidance of senior staff, aiding in market trend forecasting and strategic decision-making.
• Help ensure analysis and reporting activities comply with SEC regulations and guidelines.
• Contribute to the preparation of reports and dashboards, assisting in the visualization of complex financial data to inform client decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• A strong desire to learn and grow within the field of financial analysis, particularly with SEC data.
• Basic understanding of financial principles and analysis techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI or other BI tools is a plus.
